Finally took some time to check gravity on all the meads—been a minute! Some surprises, some steady progress, and one batch I thought I grabbed… but didn’t. Classic.

Here’s the rundown:

🥜🍇 PB&J – 1.114 → 1.011

🌶🍍 Jalapeño Pineapple – 1.084 (maybe misread?) → 1.000

🍑🍊🍑 Peach Orange Plum – ...uh, I thought I got this one 😅

🍋🥤 Limeade (Batch 2) – 1.110 → 1.055

🍋🫚 Lemon Ginger – 1.141 → 1.070

🍑🍑 Peach Apricot – 1.085 → 1.000

🇲🇽🍯 Mexican Honey Traditional – 1.140 → 1.078

Lots are coming along nicely—some are very close to being ready for the next steps. Excited to start tasting and tweaking soon.
