eBay Reselling at Tyler’s Hobbies
Reselling has been a part of my life since before I could grow a beard. From local finds to private picks, I flip everything from vintage tees to industrial gear and ship it all from my Wearhouse—often with cats or kids “helping.”
My Workflow
I sell on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot And District, but eBay is my main hub. I focus on fast, clean listings and careful shipping. Efficiency is the name of the game—and over time, I’ve built a setup that saves time and (sometimes) my sanity.
My Favorite Reselling Tools
These are tools I use daily to list and ship efficiently. Yes, they’re affiliate links—but I only recommend stuff I actually use:

Box Resizer Tool – Perfect for cutting oversized boxes down to size without looking like a raccoon attacked them.

Box Cutter with Retractable Resizer – A multitasker’s dream. Resizes and opens boxes in one go.

Packing Tape Gun (3-Inch) – Once you go 3-inch, you won’t go back. Holds tight and saves frustration.

3-Inch Packing Tape (Bulk Buy) – I buy this stuff in bulk. It’s strong, sticky, and cheaper long-term.

Shipping Scale (Up to 110 lbs) – Accurate, fast, and essential for avoiding unexpected postage charges.

Sticky Ruler – Stick this on your workbench or table and you’ll never need to grab a measuring tape again. Huge time saver.

Thermal Printer – I personally use a Rollo, but I got this one for my mom and honestly like it better. Fast, reliable, and no ink needed.

Thermal Labels – Cheap, sticky, and they don’t jam my printer. What more do you need?
