❄️ Cold Plunge Gear I’m Actually Using
I’ve been cold plunging every day (or at least trying to!) and posting the journey over on TikTok. Temps usually hover around 49–51°F, and every plunge hits a little different — but it’s been great for recovery, stress, and mental clarity.
As I’ve stuck with it, I’ve been slowly dialing in my setup. Everything below is gear I actually use, have modded, or found workarounds for — including a few budget-friendly hacks.
Heads up: All links are affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a small commission (at no extra cost to you). Helps keep the water cold and the content flowing.
